Team Building Exercises

Paintballing with Force 10 can be a great way to improve communication, encourage collaboration and promote teamwork. In order to succeed the winning team will need to work together to develop tactics and strategy to outwit their opponents. While your staff are having fun on the battlefield they’ll be developing valuable transferable skills including leadership in a highly stressed environment, and problem solving – skills that are essential in any line of work.

At Force 10 your health and safety is our priority and we use state of the art protective equipment to ensure a safe and pain free game. We’re so confident in the safety of our facilities that children as young as 10 are allowed to participate in our paintball activities. Whereas in the past discomfort and bruising were common occurrences following a paintball game, over the last 20 years the quality of protective equipment has developed leaps and bounds so today you’ll hardly feel a thing if you’re hit.

For protection all players are given full body armour, helmets and padding to ensure a safe and comfortable game.
